The Seven Pillars
True well-being is built across the “seven pillars” of daily life, the physical, mental, emotional, social, spiritual, economic and environmental. These pillars closely reflect the social determinants of health, the real-world conditions that influence how people live, heal, and thrive.
Our approach looks beyond symptoms to understand the full picture: your routines, stressors, support systems, and barriers. By addressing these interconnected factors, we help you build sustainable, realistic changes that support long-term well being, not just short-term fixes.
